Women Veterans

WOMEN VETERANS YOU ARE INVITED!

This wellness fair will honor the service of female veterans and will provide information about women’s health and wellness. Informational display tables at the fair will include information about women veterans’ benefits, preventive health, employment, and other resources for women veterans. Opportunities for small group instruction may be available for some topics. Women veterans can attend the fair at their convenience between 11:00 AM and 5:30 PM.

The Power of Collaborative Solutions for Building Healthy Communities

The Nonprofit Center of Milwaukee is pleased to announce our fall conference, a day of learning and interaction focused on building healthy communities through the power of collaborative solutions.

The gathering is for all organizations, large and small. Everyone's invited - nonprofit, for-profit, government and funding leaders will all have a role to play on September 30.

Together, we'll learn about proven practices and the most effective tools to inspire and empower dynamic community building solutions across organizational boundaries and beyond systemic barriers.

Stronger Together will feature a keynote address and hands-on workshops presented by Tom Wolff, author of the groundbreaking new book The Power of Collaborative Solutions - Six Principles and Effective Tools for Building Healthy Communities.

Save the Date: Thursday, September 30, 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, at Marquette University. Continental breakfast and lunch are included in the $75 registration fee - $100 day of event. Nonprofit Center member groups and CDBG agency attendees receive a 20% discount on total fees.
